What is the TEA:

Autism spectrum disorders (ASDS) are a group of different conditions manifested in important social challenges, communication, medical, and behavior. Because autism is a spectrum disorder, the combination of symptoms and their level of severity varies from person to person.

What are the Signs and Symptoms?

The diagnostic criteria of autism are specific, a person must present the following symptoms to a degree that significantly affects their daily life:
  • Difficulty in social interaction (little or no)
  • Difficulties in communication skills
  • Repetitive behaviors/restricted interests
  • The absence of imaginative play or a symbolic
  • Walk in tips, echolalia, align objects
  • Loss of acquired skills
  • Other features are atypical patterns of behavior; e.g. great attention to details and reactions to unusual sensations. (It is not limited and may not be present all the time)

What to do if you suspect the TEA?

If you have any doubt, do not wait, detects the risk of autism early. The first step is to assess the level of a pediatric neurologist or the family Pediatrician to make their respective evaluation. Before a diagnosis is made, start with a comprehensive approach as soon as possible.
